1. Agreement to Terms

By using coshuma.com, you agree to these terms, applicable laws and regulations, and responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws.

2. Site Use and Intellectual Property

You may view COSHUMA's public materials for personal or internal informational use. Ownership of COSHUMA's original source code, site design, editorial content, original graphics, logos and brand assets is not transferred to you.

Except where applicable law permits otherwise, you may not copy, mirror or systematically republish substantial portions of COSHUMA's original materials, frame the site so it appears to be part of another service, redistribute protected COSHUMA source code or original graphics as your own, or impersonate COSHUMA. No license is granted to use COSHUMA branding in a way that creates a false impression of affiliation, sponsorship or official status.

Ordinary linking, truthful editorial reference, and standard search-engine indexing of public pages consistent with robots.txt are not prohibited by this section. Additional brand rules are available in the Brand & Content Usage Policy.

3. Disclaimer

COSHUMA materials are provided on an "as is" basis. COSHUMA disclaims warranties to the extent permitted by law and does not guarantee the accuracy, results, or reliability of site materials or linked third-party sites. Product pricing, availability, eligibility and vendor terms can change, so verify final terms with the relevant vendor before purchasing.

4. Affiliate Disclosure

5. Limitations of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, COSHUMA and its suppliers are not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the site materials, including loss of data, profit or business interruption.

6. Sponsorships

COSHUMA accepts applications for clearly labeled sponsored text placements. Submission does not reserve a location or activate advertising. Payment must be confirmed against the issued order, and the copy, location and actual display period must be approved before the card goes live. Buying a placement does not change editorial ratings or organic rankings and does not guarantee results. The Sponsored Placement Terms describe order confirmation, activation, cancellation and refund requests. Review those terms before paying.

7. Third-Party Rights

Third-party product names, vendor logos, trademarks, software and other third-party materials remain subject to the rights and licenses of their respective owners.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Korea, subject to applicable mandatory consumer and local-law protections.
