COSHUMA Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 4, 2026

At COSHUMA, accessible from coshuma.com, visitor privacy is a priority. This policy explains the information that may be collected and how it is used.

Information We Collect

COSHUMA is a curated software directory and buyer-guide site. Browsing does not require an account or direct submission of personal data. Standard hosting and analytics systems may process IP address, browser type, date/time, referring or exit pages, and click activity to operate and improve the site.

Cookies and Affiliate Links

The site and third-party partners may use cookies or similar technologies. Some outbound links are affiliate referral links. If you follow one and later purchase from the partner, the partner may use a referral cookie or identifier to attribute the sale. COSHUMA does not collect payment-card or bank credentials through these affiliate links.

Advertising Applications and Payments

If you apply for a sponsored placement, we use the company and tool name, contact email, chosen page and period, ad copy, destination URL and your confirmation of rights to review the application and deliver the placement. Online applications and order records are stored using our Cloudflare-hosted service. An email application is sent through your email provider only when you choose to send it; preparing a draft in the form does not submit it.

When PayPal checkout is available, PayPal processes payment details. COSHUMA retains order references, payment status, amount, currency and verification information needed to match the payment, operate the placement and resolve support or refund requests. We do not collect your PayPal password, full payment-card number or bank login details. Contact and payment details are not displayed in public advertisements.

The application form stores private application access in this browser tab so you can check your application. Approval and renewal emails may contain a signed access token in the URL fragment (the part after #); browsers do not send that fragment to the web server, COSHUMA removes it from the address bar after restoring the application, and COSHUMA does not include it in analytics events. You can clear browser-held access by closing the tab or clearing the site's session storage. We keep application and transaction records only as needed for the service, support and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us about access, correction or deletion requests; legal retention requirements may apply.
